Refund policy
RETURNS:
If you are not 100% happy with your Evergreener purchase send it back to us! It must fulfil the following criteria:
- Items to be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached (and makeup free)
- No returns on Earrings or Makeup (because thats icky)
- No returns or exchanges on Clearance items (marked as SALE or in the clearance section).
- If you purchase an item and it goes on sale within 48hrs we will grant you a credit note for the difference.
Domestic returns incur a shipping cost of $8 (this will be deducted from your return, or charged at the point of exchange).Â
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund, credit or exchanges to be processed once we receive it. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to land in your accounts, credit notes are sent instantly to your nominated email address. Â
FAULTY ITEMS:
Please check over all products as soon as they arrive. In the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned at no cost you. Faulty items will not be accepted after 30 days from receiving the item. We cannot accept items which have been worn or washed.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at evergboutique@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 28 Hawke Street, Ridgehaven, SA 5097.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at evergboutique@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to dispatch. If an item is a pre order your whole order will be delayed till the item is ready. During Sale periods, orders can be delayed by up to another 1-2 business days. Express orders are not prioritised by Evergreener - only by Aus Post.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil any or part of your order you will be refunded and the rest of your order will be dispatched.
* Sometimes SH*T goes wrong and it just might take a little longer. But we will always communicate with you and keep you in the loop.Â
** Discounts and discount codes are only applicable once per transaction. You cannot use a discount code in conjunction with any other offer. Evergreen reserves the right to disable any discount code or offering at anytime.
